At Pursefect, we want you to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we're here to make the return or exchange process as simple as possible.

Return & Exchange Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

• Be unused and unworn

• Be returned in their original packaging

• Include all original tags and protective materials

Unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please email Hello@purse-fect.com and include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return or exchange

• A brief reason for your request

Once your request has been reviewed, we'll provide detailed return instructions.

After your item has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund or ship your replacement as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Final sale items

• Clearance items

• Personalized or custom-made products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
